Margo Chevers Margo has built an outstanding reputation as a responsive, results oriented speaker with a unique ability to work with a wide variety of people and to facilitate diverse groups, bringing each participant to a higher level of motivation and individual growth.

Margo is a specialist in presenting seminars, workshops and keynote speeches to corporations and associations. Her expertise in the delivery of professional development programs on the skills of Quality Customer Service, Sales and Goal Achievement, and Negotiation Skills has reached international acclaim.

Her professional experience includes six years as a Director of Sales and Marketing for two convention hotels in New England, real estate broker, property manager and college instructor of Marketing and Strategic Planning.

She is the author of numerous articles and produced and hosted her own television show "Against All Odds" for two years. She is the editor of "SUCCESS REPORT", a customer service newsletter based on personal interviews with companies that thrived during the recession.

She is the author of two books, What Do You Want To Be When You Grow Up? A creative approach to choosing your life's goals and Stop the B. S. (bad service).

Margo speaks at conventions and annual meetings around the country. Her client history includes Financial Women International, Sales & Marketing Executives, Shell Oil, Chrysler Corporation, the New England Journal of Medicine, Sheraton Hotels, New Balance Shoe Co., Department of Defense, Meeting Planners International and many more.
