Sales Support

For more than twenty years Armiger International, a leader in corporate training, product and consulting services is expanding in the tri-state area. With the addition of new services and products Armiger International has identified an immediate need for a strong sales presence in the very competitive New York, New Jersey and Connecticut areas. The person(s) we are searching for will have a proven sales track record in the services industry and comfortable in establishing relationships with both mid to large size organizations.

Areas of responsibility include all sales processes including:

  • Prospecting and long-term business relationship selling with medium and large companies
  • Perform required sales activities including sales and proposal presentations
  • Work with existing clients to maintaining and expand services
  • Maintain an internal database of prospects and customers for the purpose of tracking and marketing
  • Participate in the creation and distribute of new sales materials and publications directed to current and prospective clients
  • Participate in training programs where applicable
  • Develop new methods and processes to engage customers
  • Participate in development of the annual sales plan
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas for new and expanded business

Candidate Requirements we seek have:

  • A minimum of three to five years experience in direct selling to clients in the field of training or solutions market (this must including prospecting and cold calling)
  • Proven success in sales with territory management experience and proven accountability for attaining exceeding annual sales quotas
  • Proven ability to deal with executive level management
  • Superior communications to effectively deliver information and proprietary concepts in a presentation setting. Posses negotiations skills to effectively close sales and diplomatically handle difficult situations
  • Polished, professional attitude and appearance
  • Knowledge of computers, word processing, spreadsheet proficiency and PowerPoint
  • Already established relationships with medium and large companies in the tri-state area
  • Characteristics further describing the person(s) we seek: self-motivated, initiative to work independently, able to defining and anticipating customer needs, adjust sales position in responds to competitor strategies, goal oriented, flexible, organized, high energy level, dependable and positive attitude
  • Willing to comply with company policy and procedures
  • B.A./B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource Management or related field (equivalent if strong performance can be demonstrated)
